Hey Queens! Confident & Caffeinated started as a support group for other Women-Leaders in Business.  Myself,  Rachael, and others would meet virtually over zoom and share stories of our previous month.  What we struggled with, what our wins were, and how we managed to balance our every day lives.  When you are in a competitive, business world... personal vulnerability is not the norm.  You feel like you always have to have it together.  You can't be wrong.  You can't show weakness.  What we discovered in our virtual group chat is that we all have dabbled with feelings of inadequacy that hold us back from reaching our true potential.   And, it was that realization that united us to lift each other up, not kick down.  We were empowered to show up through real conversations that present who we are without judgement.  And now, we want to continue to spread the light that you aren't alone.  Together, we will light a flame.
